Acentic GmbH provides access to television, film and the Internet to over 235,000 hotel rooms in approximately 2,000 independent and branded hotels throughout Europe. Acentic is the second-largest company in its industry in Europe. Contracts range from five to seven years, with renewal rates in excess of 90%, providing for predictable cash flows. Acentic generates revenues from three sources: i) in-room movie rentals; ii) hardware rental to hotels and installation fees; and iii) wholesaling of systems to countries where Acentic does not support installation.
