  • Organic Growth: Expanded the data center capacity and geographic footprint, and launched new products, such as cloud storage, virtual rack, and fully-managed hosting
  • M&A: GI acquired EV1 and The Planet in 2006 and subsequently merged these businesses with SoftLayer in 2010. The combined company benefited from significant innovation, scale and cost efficiencies
