LCOR is a fully integrated real estate investment, management, and development platform with a 40+ year history of successfully developing and operating urban and transit-oriented multifamily residential assets. In 2012, GI Partners formed a joint venture with CalSTRS which acquired the LCOR business and assets and partnered with the then-existing LCOR management team. The LCOR platform is now comprised of over 8,400 multifamily units, targeting primary urban markets on the I-95 eastern corridor, with an additional 1,700 units in the current development pipeline.
