Background


Prior to joining GI Partners, Ms. Schoonhoven served as Director Joint Venture Accounting at First Industrial Realty Trust (NYSE: FR) where she was responsible for the accounting, reporting and treasury management of several joint ventures with total investment capacity reaching $5 billion.  Previously, Ms. Schoonhoven worked as Manager-Reporting at Trizec Properties.  Ms. Schoonhoven began her career  in the Assurance & Business Advisory Services group at Andersen LLP.  She is a registered Illinois CPA.
 

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame
