Background

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Titmus Mather worked as a principal and investment banker on a Pan-European basis for 10 years. He has led teams focusing on both public and private real estate mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, debt financings, restructuring and distressed sales, and principal investments. 

Previously, Mr. Titmus Mather worked as a property developer with Tishman Speyer Europe and as a real estate investment banking Director with Bank of America Merrill Lynch, ABN Amro, and NIBC Real Estate Investment Management, where he was Head of UK Real Estate Investment Banking and Principal Investments.  Most recently, Mr. Titmus Mather was a Director at PwC, where he was responsible for the restructuring and disposing of distressed real estate companies.
