Background

Prior to joining GI Partners, Mr. Anderson worked as part of the Digital Realty Trust IPO team (NYSE: 'DLR'). When DLR completed its IPO in 2004, he served as VP, Controller at the company until GI Partners launched its second fund, GI Partners Fund II L.P. Previously, Mr. Anderson also helped in the successful IPO process of Spieker Properties, which has since been sold to Equity Office. Mr. Anderson has over 15 years of financial accounting experience at the Controller and VP level, including as VP, Chief Accounting Officer at Spieker Properties and Western Division CFO at Federal Realty Investment Trust. He is a California CPA (non-active).
