Background

Prior to joining GI Partners, Mr. Fraser worked as a Vice President in JP Morgan’s Real Estate Investment Banking Group in New York and London, where he advised REITs, REOCs and real estate opportunity funds on over $4 billion of capital market and M&A transactions as well as strategic initiatives. Previously, he worked as an investment banker and sell-side equity analyst for Thomas Weisel Partners, LLC.
