Prior to joining GI Partners, Mr. Shin worked at Warburg Pincus in New York, where he focused on growth, leveraged buyout and distressed investments in asset-intensive businesses. Early in his career, Richard was a private equity investor at Perseus, LLC in New York and Lazard Frères in New York.
