Prior to joining GI Partners, Mr. Park’s experience included Nomura International, SG Cowen and Smith Barney.  Mr. Park has worked in the principal / high yield finance group at Nomura structuring a wide range of principal transactions in telecom, healthcare and financial services industries.  At SG Cowen, Mr. Park worked in the leveraged finance group structuring both agency and principal transactions.   Mr. Park’s experience also includes distressed investing, restructuring and acquisition advisory.  Mr. Park has also worked as a strategy consultant for Booz, Allen & Hamilton.
