Our team has invested in and manages over $1 billion in multifamily and single family residential real estate, representing over 15,000 units, primarily focused in urban locations with transit advantages and functionality appealing to “echo boomers”. We are currently invested in and oversee 3,000 urban multifamily units, with a development pipeline of 3,400 units.
