CA Student Living began as a pioneer of pedestrian-oriented student housing real estate and has become a fully integrated developer, acquiror, and manager of class A student housing throughout the United States over the last 15 years. In 2017, GI Partners, QuadReal Property Group, and CA Student Living formed a joint venture to develop core, infill student housing at large public universities throughout the United States. The joint venture has completed or is under construction on 24 communities throughout the U.S., comprising over 11,500 beds, representing a total investment of over $1.6 billion.
