Since GI Partners’ involvement began in 2010, the Center Point has grown to over 70 million square feet of industrial properties, expanding from its Midwest roots to a national platform. Center Point is the remaining component of CalEast Global Logistics, an industrial real estate vehicle that was the principal platform utilized by CalPERS for its investment in domestic industrial real estate, and is actively managed by GI Partners as investment manager on behalf of CalPERS.
