Gary Greenfield is a Senior Executive Advisor of GI Partners Private Equity. He currently serves on the Board of Directors at Euna Solutions and previously served as Interim CEO at Sectigo in 2022. Mr. Greenfield has over forty years of technology experience, which includes starting Zagent in 2020, a technology venture and management consultancy providing various services to PE-backed and public companies. Prior to that, Mr. Greenfield joined Court Square Capital Partners in 2013 as an Investment Partner and currently serves as an Executive Advisor to the firm. Between 2007 and 2013, Mr. Greenfield was Chairman and Chief Executive Office of Avid. Prior to that, he was CEO of GXS, while simultaneously acting as an Operating Partner of Francisco Partners. Mr. Greenfield was also named CEO of Peregine Systems and MERANT (formerly INTERSOLV).
