Jeff Clarke is a Senior Executive Advisor of GI Private Equity. He serves as the Executive Chairman of Doxim. Prior to Doxim, Mr. Clarke was the Executive Chairman and interim CEO of FTD, CEO of Eastman Kodak Company, CEO of Travelport, Inc., COO of Computer Associates, Executive Vice President of Hewlett Packard and CFO of Compaq Computer Corporation. Mr. Clarke has served on several Board of Directors including Autodesk, Compuware, Docker, Generate Life Sciences, Orbitz and Red Hat.
