Joe Markunas is an Analyst in the Real Estate Group. Before joining GI Partners, he was a Senior Fund Accountant at The Scion Group, an investor and operator of student housing communities. Mr. Markunas began his career at EY, focused on financial services clients within the firm’s audit practice.
