Mark Prybutok is a Managing Director of GI Partners and Co-Head of the Data Infrastructure strategy. He currently serves on the boards of LightEdge, Orbcomm, Bluepeak (fka Vast Broadband), Blue Stream Fiber, and DRFortress. Prior to joining GI, Mr. Prybutok was a Partner at Alinda Capital, a US-based infrastructure fund manager, where he led the firm’s telecom infrastructure investing strategy. Mark started his career at Citigroup, where he arranged non-recourse financing and structured commodity derivatives for infrastructure businesses.
