Michael McMahon is a Principal of GI Partners. He currently serves on the board of Atlas Technical Consultants, Valet Living, and Access Information Holdings. Mr. McMahon previously served on the board of Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, where he also spent time as the company’s Director of Strategic Initiatives. Prior to joining GI Partners, he was an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Group in San Francisco.
