Patrick Lawler is a Director of GI Partners and is the Head of Investments for the firm's tech & science real estate business. Prior to rejoining GI Partners in 2016, Mr. Lawler was with Invesco Real Estate in San Francisco where he focused on acquisitions across the office, industrial, retail, and multi-family sectors. Earlier in his career, he worked in GI Partners' North American private equity team and before that, in technology investment banking at Deutsche Bank.
