Travis Pearson is Chief Executive Officer of GI Partners and Head of Private Equity. He oversees the Firm’s private equity investment activities and serves on the boards of Egnyte, Euna Solutions, Rectangle Health, Daxko, Aras, MRI Software, Sectigo, Insurity, Togetherwork, Doxim, and Flexential. He also developed the Firm's Portfolio Operations Program.

Prior to joining GI Partners, Mr. Pearson spent 15 years at Bain & Company, advising leading technology, media, and telecommunications companies, as well as top private equity firms across more than 100 transactions. During his tenure at Bain, he held several senior leadership roles, including Head of the Technology Practice for the Americas, and worked closely with GI Partners on a number of successful investments.
